At Reflection Inspections, we have teamed up with Hayman Engineering in order to offer accurate and affordable foundation certificates required by HUD for manufactured housing. Our inspectors are certified field techs with Hayman Engineering, Inc. and have extensive training in HUD requirements and specific information required to generate engineering reports. We collect data in the form of measurements, pictures and written documentation, this information is then sent to Hayman Engineering for review. After receiving all necessary documentation Hayman Engineering will provide a foundation cert. in approximately 3-7 days.
HUD/FHA Foundation Certificates
